Currency option expires January 23 at 10:00 am New York discount

Nothing major on the board for today, with the end of a few notes lined up for next week.

A so-called holiday in markets where most of Asia was out during the week, so that could be a reason, but in terms of expiration interest, it’s been pretty limited so far to kick off the new year. There’s a big price for EUR/USD at 1.0710 today, but given the price action and how distant the expirations are, it’s unlikely to stand out in any way.
